We are grateful for your efforts, along with the more than 465,000 Americans that signed the NoStimulus.com petition. While the liberals in Washington passed the Stimulus package – taxpayers across America send resounding shockwaves through the halls of Congress!
Now we have to send the same message to Madison.
Last week you saw democracy at its worst.
The liberals in Madison passed a 1.2 billion dollar tax increase with little input from the taxpayers of Wisconsin.
The misnamed "stimulus bill", that greatly increases taxes, was signed into law by Gov. Jim Doyle on Thursday -- just three days after the bill was introduced. There were no hearings. So much for transparency.
Enough is enough!
The more than 16,000 members of the Wisconsin Chapter of Americans for Prosperity are making a difference - and we need your help.
