WB Referendum Promo Video - Informational? or an Advocacy?

I videotaped this at Monday night's West Bend School Board work session (07/28).

This is a promo video that was put together as a tool to use to push the school referendum of $130M. The School Board had the district's attorney lend their approval, assuring us that the video is a portrayal of information and not an "advocacy" for the referendum.

I object.

But don't take MY word for it.

West Bend School Promo Video: Starring Supt. Pat Herdrich, Jackson Village Board President Scott Mittelstaedt, John Torinus, Bink Steinbach, Mayor Deiss, Jackson PTO representative, and more convincing citizens....

  1. The DA has already said that this is not advocacy. Do you know the law better than Todd Martens?

  2. Understood. I simply said "I object." This is my "opinion."
