Mayoral recall suggested over (mis)handling of City Council/Library Board

Seems that some over at Boots and Sabers are on board for a mayoral recall. Guess people have had enough of the way the City Council and Library Board issues have been handled. Perhaps everyone just wants to see someone step in that can handle the issues. Volunteers?

OWEN stated:

"I imagine that the people who funded that endowment thought it would be spent to
share books and knowledge with the library’s patrons - not pay for legal advice
that has already been given by the City Attorney and could be validated for free
elsewhere.

This Library Board is seriously out of control and Deters is
behaving like a nut.

Where is the Mayor? She appointed and vouched for
these folks. What does she think of their overt desire to ignore the citizens
and waste money intended for making the library better?"

No one, aside from yourself, suggested a recall. If you want a recall, suggest it yourself. Don't claim that others have said it when they clearly have not.

You've ruined your own credibility. You're in the public eye at this point. Anything and everything you do, no matter how inconsequential it may seem, is noticed by someone. Keep that in mind, and try to relax a little.

Redundant?

Yeah, that was redundant. Sorry about that. But weren't you the one earlier chiding people for pointing out grammatical and linguistic errors? And now you're doing to me what you said others shouldn't. Interesting.

My point was that your post, referencing another blog, insinuates that the other blogger was calling for a recall. But I couldn't find any reference of a call for a recall there.

Um, no. I said nothing whatsoever about anyone's grammar or linguistic errors
